Eden's Green Closet is a store dedicated to changing the relationship between parenting and consumerism, education, and consciousness about our Earth and how it relates to our children. It's a one-of-a-kind boutique.

I am an eco-shop with all of my items being either recycled or organic/sustainable...there's nothing like it! Most of the things you'll find are recycled! It is important that whatever isn't recycled (which I define as having passed through someone else's hands first) is organic, sustainable and obtained through fair trade practices.

I specialize in high-end fashion and not just good-for-you organic pieces, but stylish threads for kids.

I believe caring about our impact on the earth doesn't mean that fashion, style and individualism go out the window. I know that parents like the best for their children, believe me I've got a two year-old, but clothes are still great, even if they've hung in someone else's closet first (especially if they're the designers we all covet). I know it's hard to convert everyone into believing used is the only way to go, so I've got great brand new organic and sustainable options, too. I don't have a buyer, it's just me, and the clothes I choose have to fulfill one criterion: would I put it on my daughter? The answer, across the board, is yes!

And, the baby care products that I carry have to live up to the same question...so I care what goes on the shelves and it's important that you are confident that the products you use won't harm your child and will provide you with the best alternatives for shampoo, body wash, lotion and balms.

Maintaining a philosophy of eco-consciousness and conscientiousness, our bags, tissue paper and even labels are all recycled, recyclable, and biodegradable, too. The tissue paper that we use was originally used to print polyester fabrics in an industrial iron-on process - the sheets are actually made from "recovered" papers!
